In a former industrial shell in the heart of Leicester, we are building a home for filmmakers, photographers, performers, thinkers and makers. A place that feels raw, real and alive with possibility. A place that doesn’t wait for permission.

 

Fibre is a blank canvas with a pulse.

A 3,500 sq ft urban warehouse where productions can load in, build, experiment and take risks.

A studio where artists can try things that don’t fit neatly into traditional venues.

A cultural space where ideas stretch as far as the walls allow — and further.

 

We are not a theatre.

We are not a cinema.

We are not a gallery.

We are something in between — and something entirely new.

 

While established venues shape what already exists, Fibre champions what could exist.

No velvet ropes. No fixed programmes. No institutional barriers.
