FIBRE STUDIO
FIBRE is a 3,500 sq ft warehouse space in Leicester built for film, music and contemporary culture.
It operates at the intersection of creative production and live experience — hosting events, screenings and performances, while also functioning as a fully flexible studio space for film, photography and creative work.
The space was developed to support both sides of the creative industry:
the work that happens in front of an audience, and the work that happens behind the scenes.
A SPACE FOR MAKING AND SHOWING WORK
FIBRE is designed to move between formats.
One week it may host a live music night or film screening. The next, it becomes a production environment for shoots, rehearsals, builds or development work.
It is not a fixed venue — it is a working creative space.
EVENTS
FIBRE supports a programme of cultural events including:
-
film screenings
-
live music
-
club nights
-
talks and artist-led gatherings
The aim is to create a space where audiences and artists can meet in an immediate, unfiltered environment.
STUDIO HIRE
Alongside its public programme, FIBRE is available for studio hire for:
-
film and television production
-
photography shoots
-
music and performance rehearsals
-
creative builds and installations
The space offers scale, flexibility and a raw industrial backdrop suited to both commercial and independent work.
OUR APPROACH
FIBRE exists to support creative output in all its forms — from independent cultural programming to professional production work. We are interested in process as much as presentation, and in building a space that adapts to the needs of the people using it.
LOCATION
Based in Leicester, FIBRE sits within a growing regional creative ecosystem, connected to artists, filmmakers, musicians and production teams working across the UK.
FIBRE is a space for making work, showing work, and bringing people together around both.
