We currently offer the space as a dry-hire location. However, we can recommend trusted local suppliers for lighting, grip, sound, and camera kit.

Yes, the warehouse is fully powered with standard outlets throughout. If you require higher power loads or distribution, we can advise on suitable hire options.

We can provide optional production support, including set building, runners, and workshop facilitation through our in-house creative team. These services can be booked in advance.

Yes, the space is full heated and also fully air conditioned.

Yes—set building, painting, and dressing are allowed as long as the space is returned to its original condition after your hire.

Yes, but the warehouse is not soundproof. It is suitable for interviews, dialogue, and general filming depending on your sound requirements. We’re happy to discuss your needs.
